Food and wine aficionados will be drawn to Apron Restaurant & Bar, located on the ground floor of Pullman Brisbane Airport, with a stunning aspect out to the resort style pool terrace.

Led by Head Chef Marco Lodigiani, the sumptuous dining space encompasses a private dining room and intimate bar space with a distinctly international vibe.

A sleek, warmly lit wine cabinet creates a natural point of distinction between the bar and restaurant. The intimate bar space is punctuated by a dark wooden bar, surrounded by a small group of lounge vignettes. Guests will be able to select from a carefully curated wine list, pared with small share plates.

Apron Restaurant offers guests a perfectly balanced a la carte menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a focus on bespoke produce sourced from the ‘apron’ directly around the property. In the true embodiment of paddock to plate, showcasing omelettes for breakfast, tapas and share plates for lunch and culinary delights for dinner, Chef Lodigiani and his handpicked team of chefs have individually sought out the finest in seasonal produce from nearby micro-farms and small suppliers extending to Moreton Bay and the Scenic Rim.

Having spent time in some of the leading Michelin starred restaurants of the world, Chef Lodigiani will skilfully prepare a range of menu items within the hotel including cured meats, fresh artisan bread and harvested honey.

In seeking to compliment Aprons contemporary menu, an in house sommelier has collated a succinct list of wines to form the perfect accompaniment to any dish, sitting alongside a range of spirits and seasonal cocktails.
